Thanks, Anse. I think the judge is doing everything he can to promote settlement of this issue regarding "FBI" videotapes, also. It just seems that there is an issue about "who was taping" to me: MPD, DEA, FBI? Believe I understand the equipment belonged to DEA, but what was the FBI taping role and what was the MPD taping role? With the limited knowledge I have of such matters, and how this will be resolved in the end, it seems this could be a problem for the court. How long did the FBI tape? How much were they cooperating with MPD? It appears neither MPD nor FBI turned over anything to DA--and MG has specifically ask for FBI tapes. All of this was just recently discovered. Is that your understanding?

Heres some tidbits from People.com on AOL that I don't recall reading or hearing, but thats not to say they weren't posted as I can't get to read everything. :-)

The youngest of three kids — sister Ava, 31, is a shiatsu therapist, and brother Jason, 33, is a San Bernardino County deputy sheriff who served in Iraq with his Army Reserve unit and is now at Fort Bragg, N.C. — she grew up in the Fresno area. Her parents — Brenda, 51, a hospital supervisor, and Ron, 51, a general contractor — divorced when she was 5. At various times in her childhood she lived with each. Her dad partly ascribes his daughter's lifelong passion for fitness to the fact that when she was a teen, he had a woman who was a bodybuilder come to babysit.

After high school Frey clerked at a jewelry store and then worked at a child-care center while getting her two-year degree in child development from Fresno City College. She then studied massage therapy at a vocational school. Recently, she has worked at American Bodyworks, a physical therapy center in Fresno where she treats elderly people and athletes recovering from injuries, though she has lately been taking skin-care classes as well. Those who know her say Frey tends to be fairly reserved but not stiff or formal. "She's always been a fun girl," says Dean Hoffinger, a Fresno party promoter who dated Frey from 1999 to 2000 and has remained friendly with her. "Always into different things. Not prudish, kind of hippie-ish."

Her taste in men has hardly been unerring. Five years ago she met Josh Hart, a male stripper in Fresno. Recently married, Hart and his new wife had a child on the way but weren't living together full-time.

The relationship came to an ugly end in 1998, Hart says, after Frey accused him of physically abusing her and stealing money. Hart denies the charges and contends he later pled no contest to misdemeanor battery only to avoid the possibility of a long sentence.

1. I didn't know Ava was a Shiatsu Therapist. (I guess therapy runs in the family)
2. I knew Amber was a physical therapist, but there was speculation on here if she was the medical kind or the oil and scent kind.
3. I didn't know Amber's brother was a deputy sheriff and served in Iraq.
4.I knew about Josh Hart but I didn't know he was a male stripper and that amber had pressed charges against him.

The angle that a picture is taken in can be very deceiving. If you go back to Maggiefluffs posting at #27 and click on the link you will see a color coded map. Pinkish stands for windows. If you look real close there is a pink line in the kitchen. You have to look close because they have a brown rectangle just outside of that. That must be the counter outside under the patio cover. Anyway hergus I think it is the kitchen window we are seeing in your captured picture. There is a door just the other side of the fireplace but it is solid and can't be seen in that picture. I think if you go back to some of the inside pictures you will see a solid door next to that fireplace. The French doors are further in the sitting room area.

Sandy if you will go to that posting #27 also and study the picture real good you will see a brown line indicating a fence just outside the patio cover. Study both #27 and #36 and maybe you won't get so mixed up. :-)

Oh Wow! Its a good thing I looked it up. I was going to say Shiatsu pronounced "Shitsu" was a cute little dog and you give it therapy. BLUSH! BLUSH! ;-)So I didn't just go for that and here's is what it really is.

I mean, like most houses have a door "outback" to place a mop until it dries, right? (Thank heaven for Grab-its--you can stuff those right in the broom closet)!

These look like sliding doors to me, but if that's the tip of the pool over Laci's right shoulder, the orientation is off, it seems to me?

Plus she look's pregnant here, when was the pool completed?

The whole property except the front yard seems to be surrounded by a wooden fence. You can see it in various pictures.

Are we sure Kim had a key? If McKenzie had a doghouse, all the pets may have been left outside while Scott was gone.

I'm sure he didn't care anyway. She may have even voluteered, I see her more as a nosey neighbor that wants her 15 minutes, than a lovesick nut.

The pet food could have been in pet proof containers. So all Kim really had to do was go into the side yard and feed the pets, and then walk McKenzie.

No need to get inside, just a need for a key to the driveway side gate.

I've always wondered if Scott giving her a key to his house meant that he had nothing to hide, or nothing to hide from Kim.

But now I don't think Scott would want anyone in his house when he wasn't there. That would set him off I'm thinking.....

Thanks, hergus! I believe they might be sliding doors, partially or slightly open, but they have furniture positioned in front of them.

I can't make out the tip of the pool, though. Doesn't mean it's not there--just that I can't make it out.

I've been of the impression that the pool was completed before Laci was "showing". Thought there were pics of a "pool party" with lots of guests. Do you know the pics I'm talking about?

I don't know if I've seen them or not, seems like I did long ago. Do you have a link to them?

That might not even be her house, the wooden fence made me consider it.

I don't think that picture was taken on the pool side of their house. It may not even be their house, but assuming it is... The door leading out from the kitchen/sitting room is surrounded by that distinct yellow wall. The wall in the picture of Laci is white or one of the gazillion off white colors offered. And the fenceline in the background doesn't look as it should if one looked out from the sitting area, pool or no pool. The fence should continue straight and go underneath the covered patio.

If that picture was taken at Laci's house it would have to be taken in one of the rooms looking out over the yard on the opposite side of the pool. Possibly a previously undocumented sliding glass door in the master bedroom leading to the yard area containing the hot tub. The fence, in the background of the picture, makes a turn as it would if the picture was shot out of the master bedroom looking towards the corner of the lot.

If you look closely at the picture you can see white plastic patio chairs. Those aren't sliding glass doors, they are what they call the French Doors #4-5 in the map DD posted at #36. They are in the sittying room/kitchen nook leading out to the patio (which is right by the kitchen Sandy.)

French Doors are glass and don't slide they open inward.

This picture may not be taken at the Covena house. I'm pretty sure it's a SGD shown in the open position, big black handle of the sliding door next to the fixed panel, aluminum mil finish frames and what looks like a reinforced sliding screen in the open position.

OH BOY! I just can't WAIT for more unending hours of coverage of this story by FOX NEWS (ALL LACI PETERSON ALL THE TIME). Fox News should just go ahead and create a spinoff channel devoted solely to the Laci Peterson trial and let Greta Van Boring host it 24/7. They could call it SFNC. Sensationalist Fox News Channel.
