Meet a real capitalist pig

I've always hated the term "capitalist pig."
In fact, I always thought it was kind of funny ludicrous funny, not ha-ha funny.
Even when I was rather politically pink myself, I never took the term very seriously. Were there really capitalist pigs?
Well, I've finally found one a real, live, disgusting capitalist pig.
His name is George Soros and he seems to be a self-hating Jew on top of his power-hungry, nihilistic, arrogant, self-important tendencies.
Why do I find Soros to be such a lowly, anti-American and anti-Semitic swine?
Two factors bother me most:
Last week he told a Jewish audience in New York that that the policies of Israel and the U.S. are partly to blame for the rise of anti-Semitism around the world. He said: "There is a resurgence of anti-Semitism in Europe. The policies of the Bush administration and the Sharon administration contribute to that. It's not specifically anti-Semitism, but it does manifest itself in anti-Semitism as well. I'm critical of those policies. If we change that direction, then anti-Semitism also will diminish. I can't see how one could confront it directly." In other words, says Soros, hatred of the Jews and of America is the fault of the Jews and America. This is the same old line peddled by Jew-haters and vicious anti-American creeps for decades or longer.
I will give him one mark for honesty and accuracy. He says he blames himself for the new anti-Semitism, citing last month's speech by Malaysia's outgoing prime minister, Mahathir Mohamad, who said, "Jews rule the world by proxy."
"I'm also very concerned about my own role because the new anti-Semitism holds that the Jews rule the world," he said. "As an unintended consequence of my actions, I also contribute to that image."
Unintended or not Soros is definitely fanning the flames of anti-Semitism, or perhaps pouring gasoline on the blazing fire.
Soros is also spending a bloody fortune on the U.S. presidential race, making the defeat of President Bush at the polls next year "the central focus of my life" and "a matter of life and death." This week, he committed $5 million to MoveOn.org, a left-wing activist group begun to aid President Clinton during his impeachment battle. The new donation brought to $15.5 million the total he has contributed to oust Bush from power. "If necessary, I would give more money," the 74-year-old told the Washington Post. "America, under Bush, is a danger to the world. And I'm willing to put my money where my mouth is."
He likened Bush to the Nazis and said he believes a supremacist ideology" guides the White House.
"When I hear Bush say, 'You're either with us or against us,' it reminds me of the Germans."
Now, as I've said many times, I don't have a dog in the 2004 race. I'm on record as saying I will not vote for President Bush's re-election because of his irresponsible spending and his flagrant disregard for the Constitution of the United States. But I certainly won't vote for any of the Democratic presidential candidates, either. And Bush is no Nazi.
Most of all, I resent Soros' attempt to buy the election no matter whom he supports.
Let him go buy his own country somewhere else if this refugee from Hungary hates his adopted land so much. This one should not be for sale to the highest bidder especially to one who obviously does not respect his own oath of citizenship.
Leni
Hungary was also Communist, remember. Is this guy another Armand Hammer?
