I'm just surprised at how many Democrats are opposed to the democratic process...not to mention the Constitution. Charles Schumer single-handidly changed the rules of judicial review/advise and consent when he "publically" announced an ideological litmus test for appointees.

The question is worded kind of oddly.

Should the Senate from exercise its Constitutional duty to provide the President's judicial nominees with an up or down vote?I wonder if the word "from" was intended to be there.
