Then he had no business being a judge. Hitler's judges obeyed the law too. Bad laws MUST BE BROKEN. Try doing some reading on the basis of Law - try there writers: Grotius, Puffendorf, Blackstone, Vattel, Locke - they are the ones read by our founding fathers and whose ideas were incorporated into our legal system and govt. Before 1890, Blacktone was the number one legal reference in all law schools (Christian).
