No porblem I keep a pic of Hillary. I look at it 4 times everyday for 1 second each time. The 30 minutes of dry heaves that follows keep my abdominal muscles tight. I am almost 50 and have six pack abs. I need to put an infomercial together to sell the plan. "Keep your dang bowflex get slim and trim with Shillery."
