Some of the groups mentioned apprear to be non-profits or affiliates of non-profits. If so, they should lose their non-profit status immediately and should have to pay regular corporate taxes. And anyone that has sent them money should have the "tax deductible" writeoff they received recinded and lose the deduction.

"What I heard is that a Democrat staffer suddenly got a conscience and decided that the public had a right to know about the influence of these orgasnizations on the nominations process."
There could still be some legal trouble with that. If the staffer has rights to the memos with no strings attached they are probably safe. But, if the memos are not the staffers "personal" property I can see some possible legal trouble in using them.

What I heard is that a Democrat staffer suddenly got a conscience and decided that the public had a right to know about the influence of these orgasnizations on the nominations process. Any Dem on both Judiciary and Select Intelligence? That may narrow down where the leak is coming from. Unless the Dem staffers are leaking in disgust en masse.

Fine by me, let them take it up with the staffer then. The WSJ published excerpts.
I am more concerned that a court case was influenced in this nominations process. And I wonder if Miguel Estrada has a claim?

Sean probably already has them. They are spreading like wildfire at this point.

It could be very interesting.
The other advantage to these memos is that they are hard proof of the game the Left is playing on nominations. From their own mouths. This is something to confron them with in advertisements and stuff.

Mo.....they are panicked.....seizing the computer server is the tipoff......there is or was something more damaging on that server. True .. but something tells me it's too late, that this info is already out there .. just waiting to dump on the Dems
BTW .. is there anyone who know how to convert these memo's so they can be posted?

Do we have a mole, or WHAT?Maybe there's a Democrat with a conscience out there. If so, we need to notify the EPA as soon as possible: they are, after all, an endangered species.
