Bill O'Reilly's Most Ridiculous Article of the Day (really funny)

On yesterday's O'Reilly Factor, O'Reilly quoted Jesse Jackson on his Most Ridiculous Article of the day at the end of the show. Jackson states about radio personality Rush Limbaugh, "Rush should be liable for criminal penalties for his admitted drug use..." (concerning Rush's addition to Oxycontin stemming from a spinal injury). It is hilarious when the Dems and their idiot spokespeople, like Jackson, try to call Republicans out on everything. Notice how they never look internally into their party? There are tons of Dems that should be liable for criminal penalties. At least Rush admitted what he did and sought help. Why should he be punished?

The funniest thing about this comment is that Jackson would never look within his party and see that one of the wonderful senators from his party, Teddy "Drunkard" Kennedy actually killed someone and got away with it. Maybe I need a wake up call, but I always thought that murder was a little worse than drug use. Silly me. Either you target everyone, regardless of party affiliation, or don't target anyone at all. Yeah, Rush should go to jail, but Kennedy can drown someone and get away with it. Libs are twisted

Well, we only see what we want to see...
When a Dem does it, there is an acceptable reason
When a Republican does it, off with their head

It is only prescription drug use by a white boy that is bad...
It is repressive to the black man to punish Michael Jackson for molesting children...we cannot have that
Idiots!

I'm waiting for Jesse to make a statement that Michael Jackson's problems are racial. Michael Jackson is black?

Does Jessie think that all admitted drug abusers should go to jail. How about Jerry Lewis, Betty Ford, Eric Clapton, Yoko Ono, Bill Clinton (first black president), Howard Dean (abortionist), John F. Kerry (french looking, medal throwing Vietnam Veteran) etc. etc. etc.

Shakedown Jackson should suffer criminal penalties for extortion when he visits a business and threatens a boycott by the black community when the business doesn't fork over money for Jackson's pockets. Further, Shakedown should be tarred and feathered for hypocrisy--committing adultery and having a lovechild while advising Clintoon during Clintoon's messy love affairs. And Shakedown Jackson should be audited and penalized severely by the IRS until the end of time to locate all those public monies he took for his Rainbow Coalition but can't account for them. Then he should be thrown in jail and the key thrown away for misuse of taxpayers dough.

Actually, I'm not sure they can prove drug use can they...in terms of blood/drug content via a chemical test/spectrograph/etc.?
They have Rush's word. I think most laws are written that those entering rehab programs cannot be prosecuted for the obvious admission of drug use that rehabilitation entails.
Therefore, the only thing they could use would be medical data all related to the rehabilitation.
The state has found it better to encourage rehab by promising not to prosecute attendees. In one sense, it is privileged information between the doctor and the client with public admission being one of the steps of rehab.

Yeah, but he is a Dem, so he gets a pass...and since he is black, and suffered years of repression, prosecuting him would be shameful to this nation...
He should suffer penalties, but knowing this country, he wont

At a recent gathering of the current candidates for the Democrat nomination, didn't all the candidates except Lieberman admit drug use?

Another interesting point: you cannot prosecute for addiction: they would have to actually find the illegal drugs on his person
Good luck finding something!
You know they will try their hardest to find something, but unless they get him on possession, let them have fun...
On the other hand, Massachussets can prove that Kennedy murdered an innocent woman...but no one dares to mention that
Oh, the hypocrisy
