Just for the record, I didn't have the impression that the original poster of this article meant any harm. It's got important info, and I don't think they considered the problem with the kid's name being used.

In this case the victim is only a kid. In the Koby Briant case, the accuser should be front and center. She's an adult. No need to cover her butt, that's for sure.
