I suspect the Bush visit is a last minute thing (or kept VERY secret), but it is a brilliant move.

Only a president and an administration who command absolute loyalty could even think about doing something like this.

Wendell Goler ( in Crawford) just said that the White House correspondents in Texas did not go with him, but reporters in DC did go. It will be interesting to see the list of who went and watch for their commentary in the days to come.
