Other than supposedly supporting our besieged troops, are there any of you folks out there who feel that Pres. Bush's surprise visit actually did anything to deter terrorism, at home and abroad? Just curious.

· Yes, helped to deter Iraqi resistence 4%
· No, helped to incite more Iraqi/Moslem/terrorist resistence 63%
· Yes, will help re-elect GWB 31%

clinocchio has his hand up lil wessie's ash, working his head like Charlie McCarthy. When clinocchio stamps "mission accomplished" on this one, he'll pull his hand out and walk away. Thereafter, lil wessie will have to ask Mary what to say.

The fact is that for this week, George W. Bush was more visible in Iraq than Saddam Hussein. There is no possible way that is anything except good for the good guys and bad for the bad guys.
