John Kerry's Desperate Hours
The one-time Democratic front-runner is fighting for his survival
By Will Dan
Did you feel you were blindsided by Dean's success?
Well, not blindsided. I mean, when I voted for the war, I voted for what I thought was best for the country. Did I expect Howard Dean to go off to the left and say, "I'm against everything"? Sure. Did I expect George Bush to f**k it up as badly as he did? I don't think anybody did.

I don't even pretent to understand John Kerry. The guy can't string a coherent sentence together, let alone a policy. What a loser.
Frankly, I'm somewhat amazed at his implosion. I always knew he didn't have a compass but this is downright embarrassing.

Well, I'll be darned. He finally revealed what his middle initial really stands for. John "F" (Vietnam) Kerry is trying to out-Dean Dean by doing an interview in an outdated rag called The Rolling Stone. You're really on to something there arasina. Instead of John French Kerry he should be pinned a John F**k Kerry for now on.
Hope it gains traction.

"I am certainly no babe in the woods politically; what am I missing here?" What you are missing here is any sense of "presidential timber" about Senator John F. Kerry.
Instead, you are getting a very clear picture of what can only be described as a "lazy, undisciplined mentality".
Did you know Kerry served in Viet Nam...???

I guess Kerry is that guy who was in Vietnam or some such.... Judging from the way he handles firearms, I'd have to wonder if he spent the whole time doing latrine duty...

Good post, donnalee. I believe we all learned something worth knowing about Senator John F. Kerry.
And it doesn't have anything to do with his serving in Viet Nam...

So now we know what the "F" in John F. Kerry stands for.

Thank you Okie01, and thanks Cicero for the tips. The form for posting was quite a shock, seeing it for the first time. Of course after it's posted I can see what goes where!
I kept searching since yesterday, hoping someone would post it. I still can't believe he said it, and in print. I use to read Rolling Stone for PJ O'Rourke, I don't remember them being as left as they are now.
Too bad I'll never get the chance to NOT vote for Kerry. I'll have to NOT vote for Dean. Maybe one of these debates, someone will ask "Do you still use drugs?" instead of "have you ever". I wouldn't be surprised to see a few of them try to outdo each other on who smokes the most pot.
Dean was so proud to say he smoked pot, how did he get his physicians license? I had to pay for my own background heck and sign a statement that I was of "high moral character" to get a nursing license.
Which reminds me, I tried to find Dean's specialty in a VT state website, there is no Dr. Dean licensed in VT according to that.

Frankly, I'm somewhat amazed at his implosion. I always knew he didn't have a compass but this is downright embarrassing.Remember that his campaign manager was Jim Jordan, husband of the $%^#$%^ AP reporter that set up Rick Santorum. Karma will get ya every time.

Is Kerry going to stuff his pants ala Gore? I suppose he is trying to show he is in touch with the common man by using such language. What a crock.

Thank goodness he didn't use the f-word to describe members of a major religion who happened to have been born out of wedlock. That would have REALLY been offensive. No Democrat would EVER do that.
To: donnalee
I just heard Tony Snow and Carl Cameron talk about this on Fox and immediately checked to see if it was posted. Good job.
As to Kerry, the word "dimwitted" springs to mind.

I guess now it's ok for a "potty mouth" to think he can be president of the USA. In fairness, I thought it was cool when then candidate Bush informed Dick Cheney that Adam Clymer was a "major league a..h...".
My thought on Kerry's choice of language is it is stupid as it smacks of an attempt to sound oh-so-hip because of who was interviewing him, plus few will agree with him that President Bush has screwed up Iraq, but most people thought Bush was probably on to something with his assessment of Clymer.

To amend my previous post...the Bush utterance was on an open mike that supposedly they weren't aware of. He did not say it in an interview.
When I heard Tony Snow and Carl Cameron talk about Kerry's phrasing my mouth literally dropped open.

Yep, arasina cracked the code of what the F stands for as Kerry's middle initial.
