How do I enable the sound? My computer sounds are generally working - for example I get a sound when a message arrives to Outlook Express.

It's not the sound for New Mail Notification; I'm trying to figure out which one it is right now.

On my computer, Under Control Panel, Sounds, it's the the "Alarms" sound under "Classic Phone Tools."
Do you have that one?
