I pulled this over from the last thread. Won't they have to select a death penalty qualified jury? I hadn't really though about that - but that would be a huge advantage to the prosecution.

Lots of people can sound convincingly "frantic" in fact we have a name for these people...
they are called actors...some of them are so good at faking things they become multi millionaires doing it...these actors even give each other awards for being such great fakers...

Right. Any one of us could sound "frantic"....especially if we killed our spouse. But we wouldn't get into that state until we had spent some time determining whether the spouse was really missing, or had just gone out somewhere. Sounds to me as if Scott's "frantic" activity was a bit premature--typical of someone who's trying to convince someone of something.
