I'm no friend of Boies, in fact I stood on the Tallahassee courthouse steps and yelled against him. He does currently happen to be representing SCO in their multi-billion dollar suit against Linux though (along with Senator Orin Hatch's son), somewhere I wouldn't mind seeing him prevail.
Boies appears intent on running the SCO suit into the ground. I'm cheering for him to make that touchdown for the team opposing him. Clownish
folie a deux like Boies-and-McBride's (and it looks a whole lot like Boies is egging on McBride) has no place in a courtroom.
Were McBride smart, he'd fire Boies and hire the gardener. He'd stand more than an order of magnitude higher chance of winning something more than just catcalls.
