Hey there, Welcome home!
I am sore tonight, but the Therapist tortured, er, put me through my paces, I gained 13 degrees more movement (bending) since I saw him last week!
I did my Christmas shopping this weekend, and just got done wrapping all the gifts, whew! Feels good to sit down!
I'm not going anywhere tomorrow!

Glad to hear your range of movement is improving. Is the pain better? I should say, are you having less pain?
I think I'm all done shopping, and will wrap tomorrow, and listen to Christmas CD's while I'm watching the news. (mute button).
What do you suppose the President and First Lady got each other for Christmas? Any guesses? Come on now, be creative!
