This is a gross abuse of power by the prosecutor's office, who is a Clinton appointee.
The leaks by the prosecutor's office are a blatant violation of privacy.
The charges are trumped up- it's a ridiculous political witch-hunt. How do you know all this?
Conservatives should get organized and put pressure on these jackals to drop this charade.

We have the judicial system.The judicial system sure was lame in "conversative" Idaho when I got my medical records misused by the state. No one (Board of Medicine, ACLU, EEOC, etc.) cared about a peon citizen's right to privacy. The abusers just pointed to a paragraph in the laws stating your privacy with regards to medical records goes out the window if it's "a public safety matter".

How do I know the charges are trumped up? This is matter of legal prescription drugs. It is on par with jaywalking. The amount of resources that the prosecutor is dedicating to this trivial matter are simply disproportional to the alleged crime. As far as leaks, how else would the media be reporting about the nature of the crime and quoting "anonymous sources". A lawsuit like this seeks to embarass and persecute the victim- whether or not its successful. To sit around and await the outcome is to reward these kinds of lawsuits.

Come on. Let's be realistic. Do you think for one moment that the judicial system in a Democratic stronghold is going to give Rush a break? Have you not considered for a moment that unscrupulous rats with power and authority may be influencing these proceedings.
The rats are afraid of Rush because he's almost single-handedly turning the nation conservative.
