Getting your presidential podium waxed in the oval office by a fat girl the same age as your daughter and using her as human humidor is better than CATCHING HUSSEIN?????????????? and getting rid of the HUSSEIN SONS???????????????????????

I've served with five presidents and he is by far the worst. I'm nostalgic for Ronald Reagan," Gephardt said, drawing laughter from the crowd of about 300 union members and supporters, many wearing "Gephardt for president" campaign stickers.

These morons are wearing "Gephardt for President " buttons and they're laughing at us?

The Union bosses, on the other hand, are laughing at their members, who keep giving them money to support lavish lifestlyes in exchange for nothing

I've served with five presidents

It is so sad that this individual has spent so much of his life being completely unproductive.

In times of conflict, the President's top three priorities must be security, security, security.

Wrong! The President's job (all the time) is supposed to be defended freedom and liberty. Congress and the US States are supposed to handle the rest.

The funny thing about that statement is that it is only true from a conservative or libertarian point of view. Bush has grown the government more and done more damage to the constitution than the previous five presidents combined, and that is saying something.

From a centrist/popular point of view, Bush has been wildly effective: Giving people what they wanted and stealing democratic issues from them at a pace that has left the democrats no place to stand but absurdity.

From a national security standpoint, directly confronting the terrorists and Hussein regime was unarguably necessary. That the democrats choose this as their main message shows just how out to lunch they are.

Gephardt said his energy proposal, known as Apollo 21, will create 2 million jobs by increasing domestic production of oil and natural gas as well as alternative energy sources, like solar and wind power.

It also seems like tricky dick's memory is a little short. Didn't the president already propose this in his energy bill, only to have tricky dick and the rest of the RATs vote (filibuster) against it? Maybe dick hasn't heard of ANWR.

Gephardt's truckdriver dad voted Republican. He doesn't talk about that.

Allegedly, his dad hated being a trucker so much, he only did it fo about a year and half, and became an insurance salesman. It would be great for that to come out in the next debate.

Dubya ain't perfect, but I'd say Gephardt is a "miserable failure" when it comes to rating presidents.

Gephardt has rested in Congress like a complacent toad for a quarter of a century.

His life has been an utter failure.

You can hear the resignation in his voice when he speaks at town meetings in Iowa.

His milk man dad contributed more to America than this dowdy howdy doody!

C'mon, let's be open-minded about this, this a legitimate Presdential candidate. The economy slowed and recessed in 2000, Pres. Bush's economic policies has brought the economy to a robust upturn. I know, the networks and liberal pundits do not refer to it as "the Bush economy" anymore, doesn't have the desired effect now. Our enemies our being dealt with, destroyed, incarcerated or having "seen the light" as Gadafi of Lbyia. Maybe he's thinking of the Farm bill and the Education bill and the Steel tarrif.

>>Ohhh Gawd.
..and he's from my state.
How embarrasing.

At least you're not from my state. My two senators are
a guy who ran away from the woman he drowned in his car,
and a Herman Munster lookalike now running for President
whose constant changing of his position on the war
has put him at single digits in the polls!

Exactly. They left out a phrase. Should read;

"The worst President of the last 5 for the Democratic cause."
