The terrorists will not win. They can annoy and cause pain, but they cannot win. It's predestined in the fundamental premises, in that they have no agreed-upon goal amongst themselves. They cannot trust each other. The cells are shrinking in membership, trusted partners are scarce. They ask themselves if they can trust each other and clearly they must answer: trust no one. They are no more than increasingly isolated, bomb-throwing, godless, immoral nihilists.
