Of course, there's also the risk, if Dean wins the nomination and makes a decent showing, that his agenda will be ascendant, leaving the Clinton Gang in the middle of nowhere, and making Gore's retirement from politics permanent, as Dean runs again in 2008 (which he likely will, whatever else happens).
