Not a transcript, but as I heard it: After the guy in the crowd said that Dean needed to stop losing his temper and speaking in anger or whatever against his neighbor, Dean said something to the affect (effect?) that George W Bush is not my neighbor. He's (Dubya's) made it impossible for farmers to make a living on their land in this area, yadda yadda. He didn't look any crazier to me than he always does. ;-P
