2. Utilizing the search query, "kazaa," at www.google.com, the following search results (the "Infringing Material") contain unauthorized copies of the KMD or unauthorized derivative works of the KMD which infringe the KMD and the exclusive rights of the Owner:

Please immediately remove or disable all access to the Infringing Material.

They can force Google to drop its cached results but they can't force it to drop its links.

Google did some links because of an earlier DMCA complaint, but then linked to the complaint so that you could see the site names. Bwahahahahaha!

In response to a complaint we received under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, we have removed 2 result(s) from this page. If you wish, you may read the DMCA complaint for these removed results.

I love this. When I asked someone about downloading copyrighted material from the web, without paying for it. His lame excuse had something to do with the outrageous prices of CDs and he couldn't possibly be stealing. When I asked him if after having written some terrific application, someone posted it on the web for downloading free of charge, his answer was of course that would constitute theft. When I asked him what the difference was;he was at a loss for the answer.

I've talked to several teenagers that think both would not be free. "All information should be shared?" Apparently even if it's the fruit of someone else's labor..
