More smoke and mirrors. Doesn't do a damn thing. How are we, as a nation, supposed to know if someone is a corrupt official from another country? Just pablum.

Hopefully this will be asked about in a press conference conducted by the Press Secretary.... It sounds like he's directing this at some countries where their officials have been known to use influence on economic or judical activities that impact trade, etc. And also to others that may not be officials but that are involved in that trade in some manner... This seems very open ended but I'm sure it has a direct purpose.
