I remember a guy on Art Bell. Researcher on the pineal gland. That's the one that generates LSD-like chemicals.
Coincidentally most active around 3AM in most people. About the time abductees claim they have "visitors".

Ever hear about Rods? Yeah - when doing 'lower' engine work (in the crankcase area) for the first time (years ago now) ...
Generally they're made of cast aluminum with separate bushings inserted/set in for the actual bearing surfaces.
If you actually 'hear' rods - consult a mechanic ...
