If not, then don't bother to comment on the threads that are posted.

I meant to say "if not, then don't bother to criticize which threads are worthy of being posted"

But gotta wonder, where's the incentive for him, is he just naturally callous, seeking revenge on all the girls that rejected him in high school, or does he get paid more if she fails?

He's a professional actor getting paid for that role. Just like any other actor acting out a part.

Plus, why was she sequestered for 2 weeks?

The premise of the show is that she has to convince her parents/friends that she met this guy on a reality show and fell in love with him. If she wasn't sequestered/out of contact with everyone for a couple of weeks, they probably couldn't pull that off. When would she have been on the reality show? Those two weeks will serve as the time when she was on the fictitious reality show where she met the guy. It's really just a time placeholder.

I've seen articles on Free Republic that are much more "weird" than this one;

Yeah. I can't and have no desire to post to all of them about their superficiality. Nor do the many others who feel as I do.

This thread was random.

You are very new here so you do not really understand what I'm talking about or the concern or comment.

And you are moving in to highly inappropriate territory. You should know that, shouldn't you.

Oh please. You have expressed your opinion, but lay off the silly attempt at pulling rank with "You're a newbie" crap. The guys been around 15 months, its hardly like he signed up yesterday as a disruptive troll. Frankly he comes across as decent and good guy, and a good conservative. It may come as a shock, but plenty of conservatives watched the show, and discussed it with their coworkers yesterday.

If she got half a million she doesn't need the job.

Oh please. Your living standards are pretty low.
