Showtime
I have never subscribed to it. My parents have a subscription to it at their home because of some package they got during a promotional event (substantially discounted fee, etc.) a year or so ago (a considerable time before the flap about The Reagans). My father says he's going to call up the cable company to drop that channel tomorrow. If they had kwnown ahead of time about some of the garbage that Showtime shows, I doubt they would have subscribed to it. He just wanted to know if anyone else were going to drop a subscription to it.
By the way, several months ago, he dropped his MCI long distance at the office. He dropped the service mainly because he almost always calls out of town numbers with his cell phone and saves hundreds of dollars a month in long distance fees. I happened to mention to him all the anti-American things Danny Glover, who did several commercials for MCI, was doing. When an MCI survey called to ask why he had dropped MCI's long distance service, he said it was because of the Danny Glover ads. The interview said, "Ooooh!" as if she had heard that answer several times and hung up.
