Excellent article! It really says what the silent majority has been saying for many years. The world has had enough of these continual suppression, hatred and killings. We know the source of it all, it is IR and the corrupt mullahs. It is so shameful that Sen Bidden even speaks to that so called IR forgein minister, Kharazi in Davos. This meeting will be shown all over the IR Mullah show TV as another triumph of IR against the US. The US government must show it's real intention by denouncing this Senator's meeting and ensure it won't happen again until Iran has a proper Democratic government. Mullahs will never change, they won't come down an inch from their ambition to destroy US, Israel and then Europe and the West and then become the world leader. They are out there to destroy the Western civilization by exporting the Islamic Terrorism. It is time to wake up!

Deadly clashes rock Kerman Province
SMCCDI (Information Service)
Jan 24, 2004
Deadly clashes resulting in several deads and injured opposed, today, the residents of Babak City of Kerman province to the elite troops of the Pasdaran Corp. which are composed mainly by foreign Islamist fighters.
Bullets, Clubs, Chains and Tear gas were used to break a peaceful rally intending to protest against unemployment and poor conditions of the residents.
The local authorities unable to persuade the residents to end their rally called on the nearby stationed Elite Forces in order to break the protest.
Reports from the extreme brutality used against the protesters and women and kids who tried to make of themselves as shield to their husbands and brothers are of the most shocking and mark the degree of the regime's fear of any gathering even peaceful.
The situation in the city and especially in the Khatoon Abad district have been reported as very tense and slogans are shouted from roofs against the regime and its leaders.

Violent clashes results in several deaths and tens of injured in Kerman province
SMCCDI (Information Service)
Jan 24, 2004
The today's deadly clashes, in the Babak City of Kerman province, have resulted, so far, in at least 8 deaths and tens of injured among protesters who were attacked by the Elite troops of the Pasdaran Corp. Tens of other residents have been reported as arrested and transferred to Kerman city.
The local authorities unable to persuade the residents to end their peaceful rally had called on the nearby stationed Elite Forces in order to break the protest. These special sections are mainly composed by hardcore Iranian militiamen and hundreds of foreign Islamist mercenaries defending the Clerical regime.
Bullets, Clubs, Chains and Tear gas were used to break the popular gathering which happened, in the Khatoon Abad district, in order to protest against the raising unemployment and the degrading economic conditions of the residents.
Reports from the extreme brutality used against the protesters and women and kids who tried to make of themselves as shield to their husbands and brothers are of the most shocking and mark the degree of the regime's fear of any gathering even peaceful.
Reacting to this brutal repression, the residents continued showing their rejection of the regime by attacking governmental centers, buildings and military vehicles and shouting, later in the evening, slogans from roofs against the regime and its leaders.
The situation in the city have been reported as very tense and all accesses to the area have been placed under military control.

Pakistan had secret pact with Iran'
By Sridhar Krishnaswami
WASHINGTON, JAN. 24. Senior Pakistan officials have told The Washington Post that investigators have concluded that at least two top nuclear scientists including the father of the country's nuclear bomb Abdul Qadeer Khan provided unauthorised technical assistance to Iran in the late 1980s.
In a front page article, The Post has said that the unnamed officials have spoken of the scientists allegedly providing the help under a secret agreement between Islamabad and Teheran and one that was supposed to be limited to the sharing of peaceful nuclear technology.
The Pakistan President, Pervez Musharraf, has apparently acknowledged on Friday that Pakistani scientists had indeed sold nuclear secrets ``for personal financial gain'' but has reiterated that there has been no official involvement. ``There is no such evidence that any government personality or military personality was involved in this at all,'' he told reporters in Davos, Switzerland.
Officials have identified the second scientist as Mohammad Farooq and investigators have recommended that he be charged under the Official Secrets Act. Gen. Musharraf is expected to make a final decision upon his return from Davos this weekend.
The investigation in Pakistan has been condemned locally as evidence of the Musharraf Government allowing Washington to meddle in the country's internal affairs.
The official investigations came after the International Atomic Energy Agency came up with information suggesting that Pakistani scientists may have helped Iran develop centrifuges to make enriched uranium. There have been other allegations against Pakistan that it has helped the nuclear weapons programmes of North Korea and Libya.
maintains that American officials have expressed scepticism about the vigour of the investigations and the denials of high-level complicity. At the same time an unnamed Bush administration official has said ``it is not lost on us that it's a fragile situation there. We are sensitive to the pressure that Gen. Musharraf is under from the Islamic extremists.'' The official has remarked that Islamabad could not continue to ignore international pressure even though some of the accusations date much before Gen. Musharraf took over in 1999.
``They couldn't stick their heads in the sand any longer and say `It wasn't on our watch,'' the official has been quoted.
The newspaper report takes note of the fact that in the ongoing investigations in Pakistan, the military has largely escaped close scrutiny with officials acknowledging that investigators were yet to interview, for instance, the retired Gen. Mirza Aslam Beg who had openly advocated a military alliance with Iran during his tenure as Chief of Army Staff between 1988 and 1991.

The head of the UNs atomic watchdog warned yesterday of serious implications if the Iranian government failed to fulfill its promise of cooperation to dispel fears about its nuclear program. Right, the UN will throw a hissy fit and the US will kick Khamenei's ass.
