This will give her more time on The View where she will not have to pretend to be an unbiased "newsperson." She can bash along with her little pea-brained cohorts anything or anyone that does not promote left wing agendas.

Retiring in 2004? Why the heck doesn't she just wait until 2020.
To: freeangel
She will be missed.
About like an ingrowing toenail.

Not that it's going to suddenly make me watch more 20/20 (unless John Stossel picks up the slack).

"She's 106. It's about time she retired."
I'll second that. Is there any word if she'll still be doing that whine fest with Al Roker er I mean Star Jones?
(Seriously, before Mr. Roker lost all that weight, I was sure they were the same person)

Gee, now she can truly be unbiased and support her socialist friends in the democommie party.

Does anyone know how old she is?
To: Akira
interesting - there used to be an American teevee personality who was popular back in the 20th century with the same name as I recall - wonder if they are related -
To: Khurkris
Agreed. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

Fox announced John Stossel will be on O'Reilly tonight. Something about ABC preventing Stossel from saying what he wants.
