This is a different election. Terrorism is on the minds of every voter and it will be discussed. On the other hand, running on the deficit has never been a winner. Perot brought some light to it in 1992 but that's been it. It is a non-issue. Terrorism and the War in Iraq will be discussed and debated. No doubt about it.

Terrorism is on the minds of every voter and it will be discussedThat just isn't so. I work for a large company and it hasn't been water cooler conversation in six months. The only way it will become a hot topic is if something horrible happens between now and the election. If it does, Bush is even more vulnerable. I wouldn't be surprised if the terrorists aren't saving something just to sandbag Bush, as a matter of fact.
