They told the stories at times they had personally raped, cut off ears, cut off heads, taped wires from portable telephones to human genitals and turned up the power, cut off limbs, blown up bodies, randomly shot at civilians, razed villages in fashion reminiscent of Genghis Khan, shot cattle and dogs for fun, poisoned food stocks, and generally ravaged the countryside of South Vietnam in addition to the normal ravage of war, and the normal and very particular ravaging which is done by the applied bombing power of this country.

This testimony was later determined to be bogus. Much of such testimony was made by people who were later proven to be fakes. However, John F-ing Kerry never apologized later for using such testimony to smear the conduct of U.S. soldiers in Vietnam.

John F-ing Kerry NEVER lets us forget that he's a Viet Vet yet he testified before congress using FALSE testimony about supposed war atrocities committed by Viet Vets of whom he now claims to be so proud of. As far as I know John F-ing Kerry NEVER apologized for the smear.

I realize he has a bunch of vets campaigning for him.I realize what seems despicable behavior to me is accepted by others.I don't claim to be able to explain politics.

I think he hurt those still in harm's way.I think he betrayed and slandered.I can't forgive that.

This marked the first major appearance by John F-ing Kerry on the national scene and it was all based on false testimony.

I knew a guy who cut off viet cong ears in Viet Nam. He was a born killer who enjoyed killing viet cong as a challenge between them. He was a machine gunner. He was given a fire sector and everybody stayed away from him. He's dtring a little barbed wire about 100 yards from his position. After fire fights he would cut off the right ears of viet cong and pin them to his barbed wire to let them know what he had done and where he was. The viet cong kept sending their best after him. He kept posting their ears on his barbed wire at the jungle's edge. In one sector he had 355 ears posted until the army moved him to another sector.

The viet cong did worse. They would hang uncooperative villagers upside down and disembowel them after cutting their daughters breasts off and castrating their sons. The viet cong woman called apache was a professionally trained torturer. When she worked on a captured GI, you could hear his screams for miles. White Feather finally tracked her and killed her.

You hit it close. I have no sympathy for the viet cong or the Northern army. Neither do I have any use for Kerry. He is unprincipled and without integrity.

Howevery, war is war. Many unpleasant or unbelievable events occur there. I despise Kerry for exploiting those events and some of the people on our side that were involved, to his own advantage. I equally despise him for not exposing the atrocities of the viet cong. He engaged in exaggeration of the problems on our side while systematically denying the atrocities on the other side. I won't forgive him any more than I forgive Jane Fonda.
