Will somebody please tell me WHY the Democrats suddenly love Vietnam vets?
Their hypocricy makes me want to SCREAM. Where were they for the past 30 years?? I'll tell you where they were: they were spitting on our vets and calling them "baby killer", doing their level best to DESTROY them emotionally - and with success - and they were aided and abetted by the rich, Kennedy-affilaited Boston Botox Boy!
ARRRRRGH!! I want to HIT PEOPLE!!

This man should not be given the opportunity to "throw away" America's security like he threw away his medals...

Flamethrower! Since he admits to being an instrument of foreign policy who had no common sense, why was he ever trusted to carry a GUN?

Forged? Who do we arrest for the forgery?

Kerry falsely claimed he witnessed atrocities by American soldiers. He's the enemy. He's one of the one who HURT those people!
He's DISPICABLE! EVIL!

This man should not be given the opportunity to "throw away" America's security like he threw away his medals...Check out the Day in the Life of President Bush. TruthNtegrT (not sure if that is the correct spelling of the screen name) posted that McCain was taunted while a prisoner of war, and they used Kerry's activities to do it. I'll find the link.

There are two things I would consider before I start deep beathing into a paper bag. Several "war-time" presidents never served on a battlefield...FDR comes to mind. And more importantly, people will see though Kerry's "stump" for exactly what it is. His record will speak for itself when the *voters* really start paying attention.

He's picking up media accolades and support from hard core Democrats. His Vietnem experience is EASY to counter. He protested against the Vietnam war when he got back, he was part of a RADICAL socialist protest group and accused his fellow Vietnam vets of atrocities that he DID NOT WITNESS. Now he wants accolades for being a Vietnam vet after stabbing his comrades in the BACKS, figuratively speaking, over and OVER again.
We'll see how his phony Vietnam War Hero routine goes down in the South. Hopefully, his vicious attacks on his fellows will work against him there.

My bad, wrong poster! It was cyber ant, #36.
This little item was most interesting:
"Sen. John McCain revealed that his North Vietnamese captors had used reports of Kerry-led protests to taunt him and his fellow prisoners. Retired General George S. Patton III angrily noted that Kerrys actions had given aid and comfort to the enemy."
I wonder if McCain will bring up this issue ..??
Very interesting.

"Didn't he hunt down and kill a wounded enemy combatant? What's that all about?"He went wild ina Free Fire zone and shot a couple of civilians. Then he blamed the Free Fire zone, rather than his own bad aim.

"Huh. I thought he was forced to use a 50 caliber machine gun against the Viet Cong?"Now that you mention it, I think that was what I heard. Just how many guns HAS he claimed to have used in Vietnem?

I'm convinced that all of Kerry's decisions from early youth have been calculated towards this moment. Call it my Skull and Bones tinfoil hat syndrome.
I think he went to Vietnam because he knew that draft dodging would kill his political career.
He joined the anti-war movement because that was necessary to be credible amoung democrats.
Now he thinks he has it both ways, but he is in fact, a two-faced conniver.

I thought he was forced to use a 50 caliber machine gun against the Viet CongYes, but was he forced to empty it into an already wounded and disabled enemy soldier? Isn't that the deed for which he "earned" the Silver Star?

Now that you mention it, I think that was what I heard. Just how many guns HAS he claimed to have used in Vietnem?I read it on FR this morning. Unfortunately the whole thing pissed me off so bad, I didn't post to one particular thread. It's around here somewhere. I think it's the thread with him and Hanoi Jane at the same protest. Gosh there's been so many Kerry threads today, I'm not sure where I read it. Also check for posts where he "admitted" to being a war criminal.
Kerry needs to go away. Can you imagine this guy as our president?
