I used to live in Milwaukee and recognized Mike Gousha, the moderator. His first question to Kerry was about the AWOL story.
Kerry pretended to know nothing, said it's up the president to defend his own record, said he honors the Guard, but he refused to separate himself from the slander directed at the president (natch).

I wish someone, like Sharpton or Kucinich would just come out and address the elephant (no pun) in the room. Someone should ask definitively if he has had an affair with this girl and what did her friend mean by nastier.
It does no good for the democratic party not to vet their candidate. If I were a democrat I'd like to get it out now instead of after the nomination were wrapped up.

Dean points out Wisconsin has a history of electing people like him. And they do!
Kerry says he stood up against Gingrich. Said with the same sneer he uses when saying Nixon.
