I wonder if maybe there is some truth to the "Alex actually had an affair with a Kerry staffer" story.

Think about it -- The Dems are masters of the truthful untruth and vice versa.

So let's go with Alex had an affair with a staffer, and look at other facts :
1. Friend says that it is "nastier than it seems"
2. Dad calls Kerry a sleazebag
3. Mom says Kerry was after daughter.

SO add those up, say she is involved with Staffer -- now how could Kerry be "nasty" "a sleazebag", and "after our daughter":
maybe, Kerry did not have an Affair with Alex Polier, but he knows staffer is and he is interested. He calls Alex, he follows alex, he sends letters, he sends flowers --- IOW Maybe the story is KERRY WAS STALKING ALEX POLIER!
