Why not go down with a chicken or your cat and apply for a marriage license? Why not--what's the difference--demand equality under the law. How do they know your chicken or your cat are not consenting to the marriage--those bureaucrats don't know your loving pets as well as you do.

Actually, that was a cultural corruption which was NOT of God but that doesn't seem to stop some conservatives here. Please don't cite the Bible to condone polygamy. It was not and is not part of the Divine plan.
