No can do. Oklahoma has already passed a law against recognizing same-sex "marriages."

Nothing. But the trouble is, if we let them start setting our legal precedents the answer will change.

Sick sick sick sick sick sick sick sick.

This is why a Constitutional Amendment will be required to quash this. The RATS in Maricónia (CA) blew it big time, started a furor with marriage licenses that are not even legal.

This insanity should raise some eyebrows in flyover country and some important swing states. This will not do kerry and company any good at all. I hope people get sick of watching the left defend this queer freak show constantly in the news. There has to be a breaking point somewhere.

Hello! California passed an initiative by 61% in 2000 that said a marriage can only be a man and a woman. The sick SF mayor is breaking state law, but unfortunately the state Attorney General is not doing his job.

So do these marriages mean that the "couple" can file "Married Filing Jointly" on their 1040?

I think this aspect, alone, will make this a Federal Case!
