Of course, Kerry is an exception - he didn't go to boot camp.

Thank you so much for the time and research that you put into this! This column was brilliantly organized and beautifully argued... I think it's the best I've read yet that pulls the case together against Kerry.

Devastating! I had heard most of what the "Winter Soldier Investigation" alleged, but did not know to the extent that this was a complete and thorough fraud, simply a exercise in treasonous propaganda. Kerry has just recently lied to the press and the American public about his statements, his intentions, and the extent of damage his actions caused to the national security of the United States. There is such a thing as forgetting the past, there is such a thing as letting wounds heal, there is such a thing as forgiveness. Kerry, through his most recent lies, deserves none of this. It is clear that Kerry committed treasonous acts, and is to this day unrepentant. Instead of repudiating his past misdeeds, he seems to be intent on continuing to lie and cover-up their extent and severity. This man CANNOT become President of the United States. The solution is to make all these facts widely known, and to continue to investigate the scope of Kerry's mendacious dissembling. This is DEVASTATING!

You know... with Clinton, the deep scar that separates me from some in my generation was agitated again...

And now Kerry is doing his darndest to reopen the wound! What a cursed fraud he is.

I salute my dad, my uncle and all the other brave Americans who served HONORABLY in the Vietnam War. My father served in Vietnam and Thailand and saw no such atrocities.

He did, however, mention several attempts by local Vietnamese working on the base (who were covertly VietCong) to sabotage and attack the American base under the cover of darkness. He says that on the Vietnamese propaganda radio, they heard readings of exact dimensions and details about things inside the buildings of DaNang Air Force base where he was stationed. This information, presumably, was collected by the undercover VietCong working on the base.

On several occasions these VietCong saboteurs would attempt to sneak on base at night to do some sort of harm. I wonder if Kerry would consider it an atrocity that the base guards (not to mention the gatling guns mounted on the patrolling Puff the Magic Dragons) shot those destroyers to death before they could reach sensitive spots or the barracks on the base.

My dad has always had a disdain for skunks like Kerry. It's not hard to see why.

Add the Marine barracks in Beruit. The Embassy buildings in Africa. A soldier being dragged through the streets of a foreign capital. The first bombing of the WTC.

There are many acts such as this that have been committed against America and Americans for no apparent reason and always, we have turned the other cheek.

We are an idealistic society whose ideals and beliefs have worked and will continue to work as long as we have the Constitution. Others are jealous of this and will continually try to disparage and destroy us by harming our citizens with words or violence. We have been left with no alternative but to defend ourselves against the possibility of further attacks on our nation and our citizens.
