I like what I see here. The RNC is going to take the lead initially in bashing Kerry and the Rats.

Memo to Ed: While you're at it, mention Kerry's anti-war activities and association with Hanoi Jane too.

He doesn't need to. Kerry's abysmal voting record on defense is enough.
Remember, we're conservatives. We don't need to wallow in the mud with the Rats, even though I personally think a speech or two highlighting Kerry's anti-war stuff is warranted.
To: finnman69
They are defining Kerry.....YAY!!!!!
After this Kerry will be forced to respond......that knocks him of his message for tomorrow.

I'm going to assume that Gillespie is going to quote the record, word for verse - but to the Rats, that will qualify as "bashing"

Looks like Kerry's idiotic (and vicious) letter to try to ward off this little conversation has failed.

The RNC is going to take the lead initially in bashing Kerry Good! If they are willing to get out there and expose Kerry for what he is, then I guess I'll be willing to renew my membership.

This info is now being discussed by Mark Levin on WABC radio.
Quite enlightening......his travel to Nicaragua to diaolog with Ortega because Reagan hadn't established enough 'trust' with the man.
The weapons Kerry voted against.......

I'm going to assume that Gillespie is going to quote the record, word for verse - but to the Rats, that will qualify as "bashing" Yes. Just like MSNBC called President Bush's positive and uplifting speech from last night an "attack". (Ah, he gave Kerry a little tweak was all. It did not qualify by any stretch as an "attack".)
But it gets more absurd. Kerry tried to thwart this topic from being aired by equating a discussion of his voting record with criticizing his service in Vietnam.

What if edwards is selected than we would have wasted ammo. Well, Gillespie has Edwards' record on hand, too. If he ends up vaulting ahead, then that will be dealt with, too.
I don't see this as a waste. It's especially delicious since Kerry just tried to stop his record being discussed with his over-the-top letter stunt.

What if edwards is selected than we would have wasted ammo. This was my first reaction, too. The RNC must be ready for Edwards, too.

If it were me I'd preface by saying that this is just a preview of coming attractions and ask the dems if they are really serious about nominating Kerry. In other words, portray him as a nut case and say, hey, we won't even have to break a sweat in blasting this guy with his own record and ask them if they are sure they want to do this. Bold confidence is needed.
To: ErnBatavia
No, the dems will say President Bush is challenging Kerry's patriotism.
