Oh come now...I can think of a few other lying presidents...namely Carter, Nixon, JFK, LBJ, and let's not forget Woodrow "He kept us out of war" Wilson.

Actually Clinton was far more deceptive and untruthful than Richard Nixon but the media would lead us to believe that Nixon was the biggest liar in Presidential history.
