John "Alah Akbar" Kerry
To: zarf
Well, you see, Mr. Kerry is more nuanced and thoughtful than Bush in that, according to the NY Times, he carefully considers the possibilities of the non existence of a Godlike creature... Ha!
Watch The Waffle Man go! The LAST thing a liberal wants to hear is that his candidate has got religion. The left pushes its secular agenda, which conflicts with most religion, which creates a dilemma. How to treat the "spirituality" resident in so many American voters?
This is especially difficult for the liberal who doesn't begin to understand spirituality.
So JK, will you do like Howard Dean did? Dean "knew" that Southerners like to hear a candidate speak about his faith.
You saw Howard Dean set his own tail feathers on fire by inventing something spiritual to talk about. HD became the phony Bible scholar and made a complete *ars* of himself, saying Job was in the New Testament.HD alienated everyone all at once, both liberals and believers in one fell swoop.
No Kerry won't be that stupid. He'd rather say he doesn't know or hasn't decided "yet". Ha! he'll never decide which is the same as saying "No!"

Love him or hate him, Sharpton has a valid point I've said it before and I'll say it again, but I wish Sharpton had used his intelligence and other gifts for good instead of evil.

Note to John: FYI John, God does not support a man and his sons continuing to butcher the citizens of their nation. You might want to consult with NOW and see if they think little girls should be allowed to go to school and keep their private parts. I have a pretty good idea how God would come down on those issues too.

The liberals think they are praying and doing the work of God when they give the peace sign.

With John F'n Kerry at the helm, you can bet your bottom dollar that God's gonna' approve of America a whole lot less!

I wish Sharpton had used his intelligence and other gifts for good instead of evil. But Eddie, he wouldn't be Rev. Al Sharpton if he did.

"Is God on America's side?"
KERRY: Well, God will -- look, I think -- I believe in God, but I don't believe, the way President Bush does, in invoking it all the time in that way. I think it is -- we pray that God is on our side, and we pray hard. And God has been on our side through most of our existence.
The Waffle Man at his best!!!
Is that a Yes or No?
I think, I believe, but I don't believe, I think, I pray and we pray really hard, mostly yes, but not always.
The Waffle Man! Doin' his thing.

The better question is whether America is on God's side. If Americans elect Kerry, what with the reprobate values represented in the Democrat Party, it will be a confirmation that the nation is NOT on God's side.

Three Dollars Worth
I would like to buy three dollars worth of God, please.
I would like to buy just a little of the Lord.
Not enough to explode my soul and disturb my sleep.
Not enough to take control of my life.
I want just enough to equal a cup of warm milk.
Just enough to ease some of the pain from my guilt.
I would like to buy three dollars worth of God, please.
I would like to find a love that is pocket-sized.
Not enough to make me love someone different from me.
Not enough to change my heart.
I can only stand just enough to take to church when I have time.
Just enough to equal a snooze in the sunshine.
I want ecstasy, not transformation.
I want the warmth of the womb, but not a new birth.
I would like to purchase a pound of the eternal in a paper sack.
If it doesn't work, I would like to get my money back.
I would like to buy three dollars worth of God, please.
I would like to hide some for a rainy day.
Not enough for people to see a change in me.
Not enough to impose any responsibility.
Just enough to make folks think I am ok.
Could I just get three dollars worth of God, please?

Perhaps Kerry could more easily answer the question that maybe God thought we deserved it. . .
Nice to know who Kerry considers his friends.
