ROFL!!!!
(Let's get that little old lady that Al Gore interviewed--the one who said she lived by picking up cans on the side of the road, remember her?)

Hey, that sounds cool!! Could you outfit The Ice Man?

And in addition to the wisdom he imparts through his bugged phone calls, we will also have Scott's testimony through those TV interviews!!
I don't feel that we have to wait and wonder about the judge's ruling on those--I feel very strongly that those are definitely coming in. I can't even think of any legitimate legal grounds for attempting to exclude the interviews. I expect Geragos to say that the networks' videotapes are flawed, but I wouldn't expect him to be able to find any REAL flaws with their tapes.

Good idea!!

Looks like the SCOWS are happy cabal today!
I wonder where the SCOMS are?

What?
To: Devil_Anse
I did hear a report that Girolami listened to the conversations with Snott and they Nutty Professor and he determined that there was nothing of substance in those conversations, and he was satisfied that LE had only listened for a few seconds.

Yours is probably a less naive explanation.
I wonder if Scott explained to his lawyer the con he was pulling. (Can cons keep playing games with people's minds without ever needing to explain their genius to someone else?)
The judge seems to be playing by gentlemen's rules, and insisting on proper decorum. Wonder what HE says to his confidants about this case. lol

Right again. She was considered as an accessory early on. She was smart to go to the cops ASAP.
And Scott was too smug and too stupid to realize he not only lost her, but that she was working to put him away.
I'm picturing Kevin Kline in A Fish Called Wanda. lol

Actually, in another year or so, I probably could. I've made several of the knitted items found with the Gunnister Man (c. 1694) in Scotland. Everyone needs a hobby, right?
Besides, I don't like the smell of toothpaste. lol

You, doc, I have a feeling that will be a big part of this case.
A single hair, a dog responding to her scent on the boat and at the marina, and 15 hours of Scott on tape....
'Diane, she knew about Amber and she was okay about that...."
"Amber, sweetie, I was walking in the woods here in Maine and missed your last call...."
"Officer, I don't know why you're even asking me if I have a girlfriend, why aren't you looking for my wife who didn't even have on shoes or a jacket when she took the dog for a walk...."
All timestamped for the same day. Hypothetically speaking.

Wonder what HE says to his confidants about this case No doubt in my mind that Mr. Narcissist/Sociopath is denying it till the bitter end...he will deny till the needle is in his arm....

I would dearly have loved to have watched this trial Howlin. Instead we get to see Jayson Williams sulk and pout. I frankly didn't agree with the ruling. I think it could have been delayed video. IOW not live but taped none the less and shown later that day after Court was over. I kinda wanted the whold world to see what a Sociopath looks and acts like when he's trapped and exposed. I also wanted to see Geragos make a complete ASS of himself!! And not to leave anything out - I wanted to see Jackie P and Lee P self destruct on the spot!!

Well it appears to me that Geragos's ego has swollen to the point of blinding him to the fact that he's become a bloody idiot!!

No, Jackie, I meant the judge.
Do you think he laughs at Geragos, knowing that he's getting no where with his histrionics?
Or do you think he stomps his feet and says unprintable things because he has to put up with the a**hole every day?
Or does he calmly work his crossword puzzle and sip a glass of Madeira in the evening while listening to opera. Oh, that sounds good... I'll brb.
