For the past six hours, since about 3:00 PM, jet planes have been flying fairly low over Los Angeles County, about one flight every quarter or half-hour. Los Angeles must be the IP. ; )

My husband and I also heard the loud noise of a jet flying low tonight -we had one of those WTF moments. The last time something like this happened he ran out quickly and saw three Sabre jets from a vintage plane airshow-cool No mistaking the sound of a sabre. We live in Long Beach.
