Didn't say that. I noted with irony that Kerry is more straightforward about calling an Amnesty an Amnesty than Bush is. Didn't call him a paragon of anything, nor did I suggest it, nor did I suggest supporting him.

I believe I said The best chances of defeating Amnesty remain in maintaining a solidly GOP House. The Senate, limpwrists will probably go along with the Bush Amnesty, and I am not of the mind to see Kerry elected and hope for gridlock that way.

Well gosh, perhaps the implication in the post I responded to, not withstanding your disclaimer. Face it, there's not a thing Bush will do to appease you and the rest of the clowder here or on ElPeePee. You know it and so does everyone who's followed your anti Bush rants., The "I want to help the president"still rings as hollow as when Jim Wright uttered that junk in the 80's. Frankly, you and the clowder do come up with great sounding things, but in reality, it's the same whining screed, posted with the same cute picture.
