"...sorry for asking questions when I could have just drank the kool aide."

No shame in asking questions, but it didn't seem like you were really listening to folks' answers. Yes, proponents of Communism in America are Enemies of those who wish to live FRee. That doesn't mean these communists shouldn't have the right to assemble or nominate candidates for higher office, but they are still foes to be defeated in the arena of ideas. And when these folks are financed and organized by non-Americans, their existence is even more insidious, imho.

Before I go to bed I have to jump to Lisa's defense here. She suffered the loss of a friend to YOUR friends, so STFU with regard to communism. You don't know what the hell you're talking about, cause if you did you'd STFU. Sorry for the the abbreviated profanity, but you deserve it.

Also, to give you my bona fides, my family came here from East Germany, over a river, with your commie friend's bullets chasing them into West Germany.

My advice to you? Go to Cuba. If you are really serious about marxism, go there and try to live there as a Cuban. Renounce your citizenship, and live there. Then, come back here and give us your report.

And thanks for being the Entertaining Communist Tool of the Night. It saved me from watching TV tonight. Schmuck.

"15 posts from you and a score of people who responded to you. Gee, thanks for coming to this thread."

It wasn't a total loss, some of the replies to breakem made the argument pretty well as to why proponents of Communism are indeed The Enemies.

BTW...thanks fer the list.

How did this thread get out of control? We should have had a rip roaring time eviscerating the useful idiots who appeared on the list. Instead, we had a flame war.

Okay, who else is there to mock on the list?

I know I know. The point is that other organizations listed after people's names might also be "okay." The CG obviously is, Eating for Peace might be (I dunno, never heard of them before), The American Society of Mechanical Engineers is definitely apolitical, yet it is listed here too. ANyway, I've made that point about half a dozen times now, and it's probably wearing thin! Carry on!!

Some of those groups (unions) have a stranglehold on its members, especially their wallets! The Service Employees International Union (SEIU) is 1.6 million working people and 120,000 retirees. They are the largest and fastest growing union part of the AFL-CIO.

Thanx for a serious comment. I believe there were court cases in the 60s and 70s, that gave americans the right to join the american communist party. I think the key was that the party did not advocate the violent overthrow of the US government. That is the language I remember from that time period.

I asked one guy a serious question for which I did not know the answer. Was and is the military precluded from registering for Communist Party USA?

And the original question, what policy is the coast guard violating and what's up with this group.

Doug answered the first part of the last question and all I have received on the others is flames and being called a college student with a Volvo (lol!), and litle or no info (PS I think that reply was addressed to you). But I'm supposed to cheer everyone on while they call this guys co.

The group in question:

Communist Party USA

Would someone please provide a link or explanation of why this group is the enemy. Would like specifics.

We don't need a link here.

The Communist Party is not the enemy. They are your friend.

They will balance everything out for you and make life just grand.

Like in Cuba. And China. And Russia. And California.

The models of Communizm are legion. So many people are blind to the benefits enjoyed by the masses living in communist regimes.

The differences between the potentates and the general population are almost negligible. The people in power have their caviar daily, and the others only...what...once a week?

That is not bad, considering what a hard job it is for the potentates to have to count their money in Swiss bank accounts. (Remember Uncle Scrooge?)

Thank goodness These Guys aren't communists. That would give them a bad name...

are you a professional a&^hole or do you do it as a hobby. I don't know Lisa except she made a fool of herself on another thread and now she's stalking me. And I don't show pity for people who attack and then have a friend play a sympathy card. You think she's the only one who's lost people here. Tell your friend that she can avoid my comments by staying away from me. And as for you......................

I looked up this guy, "John Maxfield Hague" on Google, and found him included in a few sites, including this submittal of his name on a petition on this whacko petition site called:

"Deer Protection: Add siren warnings to cars."
Target: President of The United States of America Head of the Executive Branch
Sponsor: HOLY HOLIAN

SIGNATURES: 688

GOAL: 5,000

DEADLINE: 3-29-2003

Protect Deers, Hundred thousands of Deer are reported Killed by Vehicles, Hunters, Predators Yearly. Existing Nationwide, yet no National recognition has been given to these gentle creatures. All vehicles be equiped with warning device. Deer will be able to acknowledge that a Vehicle is approaching."

Here is his entry:

668 5:57 am PST, Nov 7 John Maxfield Hague Buffalo NY US To protect wildlife from motor vehicles.JMH (11-7-'03)

I decided to add my own "signature" to this list as "Buck Jaeger" and I added this note:

"Sirens will only help keep deers off the roads for so long. We need to put 15 foot high chain link fences on both sides of every road to keep them out once the sirens have done there job. I think we need the sirens running in the city too, to keep the deers out day and night. If we paint the deers bright colors, then the poor people who can't afford sirens can see the deers before they hit them."

I just wanted to help.

Hear, hear.

The single fact that Communism advocates *abolishing private property* is reason enough to call them enemies of liberty. If you're not allowed to benefit from your labor but instead are forced to work only for the benefit of others, I call that *slavery*. Now, is it really necessary to play the antonym game with "slavery", or do we have to go into the other tenets of Communism (like that the totalitarian State would just "fade away" once Communism is established -- yeah, right).

I have no idea what thread you are talking about. I don't even know you, other than reading the occasional post when you always seem to be stirring up trouble.

FYI, I have never "stalked" another human being in my life, and if I was going to start now, it certainly wouldn't be YOU.
