If the Navy should use the techniques that will make this slight man desperate to become a bigger man (as they so often do, out of the public eye), in the process the Navy will be shown to have been "mean".

The Navy schools aren't up to the same caliber they were when I went through them. At that time, the Navy schools were known as the "Cadillac" of military schools.

Still, old allegiances aside (well, as best I can let them) the Navy still has some outstanding schools and excellent trainers.
