I wish they could explain to me how the manufacturer of the bulldozer is in any way to blame for their daughter's questionable judgement. Sandy-
Haven't you been paying attention? SUV's are responsible for road accidents, therefore CAT's are responsible for stupid people...

I remember that movie too. It was a credible premise because, after all, what makes those CATs so dangerous is their blinding speed and nimble maneuvering.

Protesting bulldozers...maybe there's a space ship behind that asteroid we are going to have a close encounter with that these people can hitch a ride out of town on.

I hate when some Mitsubishi Eclipse outruns me even though I know my bulldozer has more horsepower!
I really hate it when that happens!

Apparently the movie was an adaptation of Sci-Fi short story from the 40's.

Morons. Typical to blame the bulldozer (read: firearm) instead of the acts (read: crime) of the victim (Read: squished). Also we need to determine who provided the fuel for the Cat and picket them also. Wait, I bet the fuel was from crude pumped from Saudi Arabia. They should PICKET THE ARABS. IT WAS THEIR FAULT. If they hadnt sold the oil, that produced the diesel, that powered the Cat, the poor child would still be with us today.
