Cover up by the Klintoon justice department is more like it. A lot of this was talked about at the time by the alternate media.

With Guthries help, an FBI SWAT team surrounded Langans parked van at dawn on Jan. 18, 1996. Without warning, the FBI opened fire on Langan. Incredibly, after 47 rounds pieced the subjects van, the fugitive was able to emerge only slightly wounded. Well, isn't that interesting. If true, that's just a Chicago style rub-out. But with really bad aim.

Nichols theory of a " wider conspiracy" does nothing to reduce his culpability. An expanded number of conspirators doesn't mean that Nichols is proportionately less guilty. All partcipants in mass murder are equally culpable under the felony -murder act. Nichols purchased the AN , the fuel, and stole the dynamite neccessary to set it off.
Nichols is gonna do the great needle dance..

A lot of this stuff about ATF and FBI complicity and foreknowledge of the bombing was known very early. Much of it is laid out in Ambrose Evans-Pritchard's book. He nailed most of it right away--a British reporter coming in from outside and talking to people, which (naturally) all the American reporters neglected to do on instructions from bill clinton.
About the only thing Evans-Pritchards missed was the presence of explosives wrapped around the pillars in the casement, which can be found in Brigadier General Partin's report, dismissed by the judge in the case on instructions from bill clinton.
