Why I am not surprised?

How come that Richard Clark can and does remember every detail of his 30 years career in the government but conveniently forgets everything about the Saudi's plane leaving US soon after 09/11/2001. Wow, and there are still people in US who promotes his book and theories. Talking about who is part of the problem and who is part of the solution. I wonder how far has the oily buck penetrated US society. You, I am sorry to say, are far deeper into this mess that you will ever realize. Your priorities are a bowl of minestrone. Islam is succeeding in dividing our societies and if we let them continue with it, our women will soon be dressed, or better say, hidden in strange garments. No offense intended.
It was pathetic watching the 9/11 Commission whining why Condoleezza Rice refused to testify in public. I was expecting some real questions from the 9/11 commission but in vain. It seems that their roll was to promote Al Queda cause rather than going to the bottom of the truth. Every one in the world, with a gram of usable brain, can see that the commission is an assembly of partisans promoting their party's interest rather than accomplishing their given mandate. I wouldn't be surprised if Congress or Senate come up with a new commission investigating why this current 9/11 Commission fail to reveal the truth.
We all need to stare at the old buck an read loud "In God we trust".

WE HAVE A PROBLEM.
The Dems have arranged book publication as part of the campaign. Clarke was a nobody. No one had heard of him. The Dems orchestrated the invitation from the commission -- probably through a Dem member of the commission -- and also orchestrated the coordination with the publication schedule.
We must not let this happen again. Book Publication lets them define the news cycle. Authors are invited to come on TV and talk about their accusations and then suddenly it becomes news to say "The White House once again came under fire from a new book and its author who says . . . .
It's an excellent Dem tactic and it needs a counter.
Rove needs to be inside the various publishers to see what is coming next. And where are our own books in transit?

O'Neill's book has sold 35 copies so far. I expect Clake's will do as well.

This will be old news by November--everyone I know is sick of it already and Clarke hasn't change a thing with his testimony or his book.

The bottom line of Clark is this: The nerve of this guy pointing a finger at an administration that was struggling to get it's members in place after seven months when he was the one in charge of counterterrorism for 30 years. What has he done to make us safer?

P.S. Simon and Shyster published Hillary's book; they and CBS are owned by Viacom. S&S don't publish conservative books. None. Keep that in mind--and pass it on.

Rs have to quit stepping in it. They just don't get that the election is a WAR to the rats. (Of course they could not care less about the WOT...)

At this point, long after Hillary's book has passed out of the limelight, is it possible to get honest figures on how many copies it sold?
At the time of publication they seemed to be saying it sold a million copies on the first day (or some such drivel) but I saw it remaindered everywhere almost immediately.
I would think that the truth could be hidden by the marketing department for a while, but that eventually the accountants have to fess up to some real numbers. Or maybe not -- Enron accounting still goes on, I guess.

On the contrary, the same union members who were paid to purchase her heinous' book will be encouraged to purchase Clarke's book.
The book will be read by precious few but will be purchased by many. This will keep the lies alive.
Until of course, another book telling bigger lies arrives on the scene.

If I'm not mistaken, they published both of Rush's books way back when. Maybe they've changed in the last 10 years. I'll bet they'd publish anything that they think will sell well.
