Yes, I saw that about the Brits and their bombs behind dams.
I realize it's several orders of magnitude better. Just don't think it's as safe as they are making it out to be--perhaps with a trailerized nuke?

If the perps have one small enough to lob at the dam,
there are a vast number of targets that would likely be
of more interest.
If the device is too big, and has to be detonated on the
bypass bridge, chances are it still won't breach the dam.
Plus, there are still other places they'd likely use it.
The bypass solves a long-standing traffic problem and
probably reduces any terror risk to negligible levels -
there are simply more attractive targets for any
suitable device, conventional or otherwise.
Wacko environmentalists are a bigger threat to that dam
than wacko muslims.
