Curiously enough the origianl page listed http://bjcat0.tripod.com/kerryrecord.htm has been taken down -- I wonder if Kerry threatened to sue, as he did other sites, that said the truth about him.
September 29, 1995: Kerry Proposed S. 1290, Gutting $1.5 Billion From Intelligence Budget. The bill “[r]educe[d] the Intelligence budget by $300 million in each of fiscal years 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, and 2000.” S. 1290 had no cosponsors and never made it to the floor for a vote.
