The original case was NAACP v. Acusport, in which the NAACP sued a large group of gun manufacturers, importers and distributors on the grounds that the industry represented a public nuisance because it allowed its firearms to fall into the hands of criminals. As the National Law Journal stated baldly, lawyers targeting the gun industry steer their cases to Judge Weinstein because they know they "might not succeed in any other courtroom in America."

In order to circumvent possible financial losses due to NAACP's current Lawsuit against Gun Manufacturers, Dealers, and Distributors, we are FORCED to halt ALL firearm, and accessory sales to ALL persons of Color. Well you can always dream. Just say a prayer the circuit court recuses Weinstein. Since he's been overturned on appeal in all of his cases regarding the 2nd Amendment that have been reviewed by the 2nd Circuit Court, IIRC, and that the 5th Circuit and the Justice Dept. believes in an individual right, this clown is wasting his time and our taxes.
