The document was written and published about two months after the bombing in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. Demands included the removal of US troops from Saudi Arabia, and the overthrow of the government of Saudi Arabia.

I'm sure the Dim commissioners and the 9/11 families who were applauding them today would really be interested in seeing this memo. After all, it is the truth they're after, right?
